The Project
Independent psychological horror/hero short film with feature potential.
A troubled young man finds himself thrust in a nightmarish world just outside of his control. Threatened physically by his neighbor and mentally by his psychologist; a mysterious young woman will help him begin to see the world in which he lives is only a mere shadow of reality. Discover a universe inspired by the theories of psychologist Carl Jung where mental illness is not a disease but a gateway to the next step in human evolution.
The Production Team
The creative team is an Emmy award winning group of filmmakers based out of New York and Boston with films featured in over 50 film festivals receiving numerous accolades. Members of the crew also have experience in key roles on major feature films including Mad Max (2015), Guardians of the Galaxy, and Godzilla (2014). The script is penned by an award winning team with experience writing at Warner Brothers, Paramount and Babelsberg.
Shoot Dates
A 4 or 5 day consecutive shoot within Feb 18-28. A table read and rehearsal will be required prior to the shoot.

January: Sunday 15th, Monday 16th, Friday 27 and Saturday 28. (Time TBD)
Cast:
Ellen – Female 50-70. Formerly distinguished psychologist who was discredited from her field based on her wild theories.
James – Male 35-45. An affluent family man suffering from hallucinations.
Victor – Male 30-40. A big, hulking drug dealer with a nasty temper.
Dylan – Male 25-35. A troubled young man struggling with addiction.
Hope – Female 18-30. A young woman struggling with addiction and servitude.
