3 Denver area Community Choirs seek “Mature”, Volunteer SINGERS.

The GAL-AXIES Women’s Chorale seeks Ladies who Love to Sing for a giving, caring and fun SSAA musical group. We sing “oldies” pop to contemporary songs, madrigals and sing-alongs, Holiday and Broadway favorites.
NO FORMAL AUDITIONS necessary; Sopranos 1 & 2 especially needed; Altos and tenors warmly welcome! Join us Wednesdays, 11 am at Christ Congregational Church, 2500 South Sheridan Blvd.

The NEW CHORDS, a 20-member SATB Show Choir has Openings in All Sections.
Our shows feature musical comedy, pop songs from decades past to present, jazz, spirituals, a cappella, holiday and “special themed” music with light choreography, and many opportunities for solos, small ensembles, individual input in a singer-run organization. Rehearsals are Mondays 7pm, Cherry Creek location.

SHIR AMI: Songs of our People, a Jewish Folk/World Music Ensemble seeks singers and (acoustic) instrumentalists for its 38th season, performing songs of the Jewish people in many languages from around the world. We rehearse every other Wednesday, 7:30 pm at B’nai Havurah, 6445 E Ohio Av.
NO FORMAL AUDITIONS, just join us in a rehearsal, and see if you enjoy making ethnic music! (No, you don’t have to be Jewish, read music, or Hebrew! Just bring your love of making music and entertaining/educating a variety of audiences!)
