A political satire based on current times

The South County Short Movie Club (SCSMC) of Wakefield, RI, is casting for its current film. The original script, written by SCSMC members, is a political satire based on current times and set in an alternative reality where the rational and irrational collide.
Production will take place the second half of August. The finished film is estimated to run about 18 to 20 minutes. Upon completion, it will be entered into various film festivals for extended viewing.
FEMALE:
• Lead: Modern day jogger, 25-35 years old, physically fit. Plays a “straight as an arrow” role; the voice of reason. Good facial expressions a must.
• 35-45 year old. Long blond hair preferable (but will supply wig if necessary.) Can do deadpan expressions. Requires ability to memorize long nonsensical lines.
• A non-speaking role, but critical character. Preferably tall and slim with blonde straight hair (but will supply wig if necessary.) Cool and statuesque.
MALE:
• Lead: Preferably middle age to older person, perhaps somewhat stout. Must project the character as strong willed, short tempered, egotistical. Must be able to memorize long lines. Should have a flair for projecting eccentricities.
• Plays drag queen with attitude. Huffy and condescending; projects an air of superiority. Voice range from deep to falsetto. Preferably portly in stature.
• 40-50 year old male. Plays yes-man to his boss.
• Young man, boyish character who defers to power brokers; a supporting role.
MALE or FEMALE:
• A silent hero, a non-speaking role, but critical character. Good facial expressions a must.
• A clown/jester. Demonstrative, excitable, agile a plus.
