Pop City is a show about a place where creative people go to a outter world to have unlimited abilities with there creativity and talents. There is a evil villain who tries to take away people with creative talents power by sending them back to Earth. They all generate more power by bringing there talents together and destroying the talent taker who does not won’t them to realize there true potential and power.
