Logline: A dysfunctional family is suddenly confronted with a dark secret.
Synopsis: An estranged family comes together for a holiday weekend to confront their tragic past. The matriarch, Mother Dear, is a widowed mother and has spent much of her life covering up shameful family secrets. After years of denial, she is forced to face the truth as her oldest daughter Joanne struggles to deal with an abusive marriage and her son Warren comes home to reconcile a lingering issue with younger brother, Johnny. In the midst of all of the chaos no one realizes the effect it is having on the younger members of the family, especially Kim.
