Casting Indian-American Actress for lead role in 20-minute short film (proof of concept for feature film in development). Must have solid command of Hindi accent and be able to swing between both “worlds.”
Must be 25-35 age range; please LOOK about 30 years old. Roughly 5’7 – 6’0 stature.
A psychological/suspense drama with thriller elements. Think a modern-day “Taxi Driver,” with a strong, female protagonist as our dark heroine.
Necessary skills: dance abilities, dialect/accent.
There is mild nudity – topless scene (dimly lit shots, actress in traditional goddess kali costuming).
