Casting paid extras in Austin for mtvU Woodie Awards.
The mtvU Woodie Awards are being held this month during SXSW Austin and the show is looking to cast some paid audience members and or extras for the awards show. Texas based Brock Allen Casting is seeking college ages individuals in the Austin area who would like to spend a few hours working as extras at the Woodie awards and get paid. The gig is looking for Austin locals who are available on the below listed dates for a minimum of 6 hours a day. They are specifically interested in people with cool / hip looks that match the style of mtvU.
mtvU is an MTV network geared towards college kids. According to the MTVU wiki page, the network broadcasts exclusive content dedicated to aspects of college life, including music, news, and on-campus events. The channel was the first MTV network to stream all of its content online. On-campus events include the Campus Invasion tour, featuring up-and-coming bands; the GAME0Rz Ball tour, which brings new video games to campus; and Tailgate Tour, which provides MTVU with a presence at campus tailgates.

Brock/Allen Casting is casting background actors for the 2017 mtvU Woodie Awards during SXSW in Austin,Texas.
Seeking MEN & WOMEN age range 18-25 all ethnicities. Looking for Austin, cool/hip vibe and style.
Shoot dates are Monday, March 13th, Tuesday, March 14th, and Wednesday, March 15th.
**You do not have to be available all three days to submit, although we ask you be available at least one full day before submitting**
We do not have exact call times as of yet, however please be available the whole day with no time conflicts.
Rate if booked is: $100 cash paid on set for 6 hours work each day.
No Auditions/ Booking off of Photos!
