Klingon Christmas Carol
Location: Chicago, IL
Type: Theater
E.D.G.E. Theatre is proud to present “A Klingon Christmas Carol!”
Please note – No previous Klingon experience is needed! We are working with a Klingon language expert, Jeremy Cowan, and we will teach you the language.
“A Klingon Christmas Carol” is the first play to be performed entirely in Klingon, a constructed language first appearing in the television series, Star Trek. The story is one you already know—it’s based on Charles Dickens’ classic tale of ghosts and redemption, adapted to reflect the Klingon values of courage and honor, and then translated into Klingon, performed with English supertitles. This show will be directed by John Gleason Teske.
