Daniel Pansbury is an aspiring professional baseball player, with a bad swing. He is always a happy person but his attitude & determination starts to become withered by his father’s abusive ways.
CASTING ROLES FOR:
DANIEL PANSBURY (lead)
Daniel is a Caucasian teenage (16-18) male that has a dream of joining the professional baseball league, even though he has a bad swing. Daniel has a very happy, patient, positive, personality constantly. But he frequently gets provoked by his dad’s physical and verbal abuse.
DALE PANSBURY (lead)
Dale is a Caucasian adult (40-49) male that currently started physically and verbally abusing his son, Daniel, after the loss of his six-figure paying job. He is a severe alcoholic after the event of him losing his job occurs.
BRODY (supporting)
Brody is an African American teenage (16-18) male that is best friends with Daniel, and the older brother of Daniel’s crush, Giselle. Brody is completely oblivious to the fact that Daniel is getting abused at home.
COACH KLAY (supporting)
Coach Klay is a Caucasian adult (40-49) male that is Daniel’s varsity baseball coach. Coach Klay sees a lot of potential in Daniel, despite his issue to properly swing.
