Speaking Role auditions and extras to be cast for movie “First Man”

The biographical drama about the life of astronaut Neil Armstrong is beginning production and now casting quite a few roles, including some speaking parts. The movie stars Ryan Gosling as Neil Armstrong and will be directed by Academy Award winning director Damien Chazelle. Ryan Gosling also stars in this summer’s hit “The Hitman’s Bodyguard.” Ryan Gosling also has the highly anticipated Blade Runner movie coming out this fall with “Blade Runner 2019” due out in October.
The movie is set to film in the Atlanta area and held open casting calls for the speaking role of Armstrong’s son this last weekend in Waco Texas auditions. According to the local Texas paper, those with questions about the Texas castings may email rpmcasting@gmail.com.
According to the movies IMDB page – “First Man” is a Biopic on the life of the legendary American Astronaut Neil Armstrong from 1961-1969, on his journey to becoming the first human to walk the moon. Exploring the sacrifices and costs on the Nation and Neil himself, during one of the most dangerous missions in the history of space travel. Also according to IMDB the movie is written by James R. Hansen (book), Nicole Perlman (screenplay) and will also star Claire Foy, Kyle Chandler with Corey Stoll playing Buzz Aldrin.

“First Man” will be filming this fall and is currently scheduled for an October, 12th 2018 release.
Atlanta are casting calls for speaking roles & Extras:
The movie which is titled, “First Man,” will begin filming in the Atlanta, Georgia area beginning in November 2017. The Atlanta production has a casting call out for locals who would like to work as paid extras on the movie as well as an audition out for a few speaking roles. Please note that there different submission instructions for the different types of roles as well as different email submission addresses. Please read the below carefully to make sure that you are following the proper casting notice.
