NYC Casting Call for Extras on Amazon series “Mozart in the Jungle”

“Mozart in the Jungle” is now casting background talent.

GWC is NYC is now casting background extras for Amazon’s music themed drama in the New York City area.

“Mozart in the Jungle” is a  musical drama series that focuses on classical music. “Mozart in the Jungle” is set some time back, during America’s Cold War. The new series focuses on some entitled musicians and the changes that begin to happen when musical changes begin to turn. According to the series writer, Alex Timbers, “Mozart in the Jungle” offers a behind the scenes look into the world of classical music. While what is happening on the stage at a concert, the action behind the stage may be quite more dramatic and captivating. The new Amazon series is based on this memoir called Mozart in the Jungle: Sex, Drugs, and Classical Music.

The show is created by Paul Weitz (About A Boy), Roman Coppola (The Darjeeling Limited), Jason Schwartzman (Moonrise Kingdom) and Alex Timbers (Peter and the Starcatcher).

GWCI is seeking NON-UNION Men & Women ages 35-75 to portray Upscale Symphony Orchestra Attendees on the Golden Globe wining and Emmy nominated Amazon Prime series “MOZART IN THE JUNGLE”

Complete your look with bold jewelry and pops of color with scarves/accessories/foundation garments/hosiery/etc.
