Online Disney Channel Auditions for New “That’s So Raven” Spin-off, Raven Symone TV Show

By | February 8, 2017

If you are looking for a way to get a Disney Channel audition here is a chance.

Disney Channel is developing a brand new show with “That’s So Raven” star Raven Symone and is now taking online video auditions from kids who would like a chance to tryout for a Disney role.

Disney Channel casting directors are looking nationwide for talented kids between the ages of 9 and 12 to possibly land a role in the new show. If you have been looking for a big break for sometime… read on. Casting directors for the upcoming “That’s So Raven” spin-off are requesting that kids download the script,  create a short video of themselves performing the lines and then upload the video through Disney’s Applause App.  Disney has used the Applause app last spring for accepting video auditions for the Disney annual open casting call event which they hold once a year.

According to E!, the new show will be a “That’s So Raven” spin-off and will air on the Disney Channel.  “That’s So Raven” star, Raven-Symoné will reprise her role as Raven Baxter and is also working as an executive producer on the new “Raven” show.

That’s So Raven was a hit show for the Disney Channel and made Raven Symone a household name in just about every household with kids. “That’s So Raven” aired on the Disney Channel between 2003 & 2007.  The series focused on a young girl who may have had an odd ability to see future events.   The show was a comedy and Raven’s plans to try to change the future did not always go as smoothly as she had hopped.  In the new “That’s So Raven” TV series, Raven Baxter is all grown up and now raising a pre-teen child of her own.

Also according to E!, the new show will follow the next generation of kids with magical powers.  E reports that the show will focus on two pre-teen kids of now divorced mom, Raven and at least one of those kids has inherited Raven’s ability to see small glimpses of future events.

    Hey guys,

I was just looking at audition stories for ideas for my new youtube episodal that I’m writing script for called, “Witch Way Nia”.
It’s about this African American girl called Latoya Brown who is a philosopher short speak say. She goes to Le Moyne College, and meets Charles Howl, Gina Macaroni, Eggy Luffmoth, Leah Ford, Shaina Twine, and more. It has hilarious deals with shorts on why people immediately copy the loser friend group who can talk easily in front of a crowd in los angeles or even in front of a grandma in Aaron Hankins for Congress in Indiana State. They travel the world together, and Eggy Luffmoth gets adopted by Lady Gaga and James Pentaudi in the day and presents to them an idea–the Copy Cat or the Flying Copy: if everybody were to be Patrick Martin then there is no need for Patrick Martin anymore?…Then Zisney gets angry and makes it a band for her to perform in with her friends. Quisney, Bisney, Black Star, and Red Top children colonies of Disney never quite understand what their parents admire or are talking about so they split. There is a play in the youtube drama for late teens that are experienced in life the dream quality of dreams always seeming so real that everybody believes that’s life–and life a fake theatre that covers the magic of dreams. In the story…the Le Moyne professors are imaginaires who control reality; there are eleven imaginaires who work different visions or sights or fashion styles like artists: Picasso, Monet, Van Gogh, Rembrandt, Da Vinci, Barbour, and more….Le Moyne College plays dreams heavily–the friend group is a team that are gamers who must survive the fanastic wars. Latoya Brown researches other colleges to see if they do the same things to their students and finds out Harvard University–leads to monkey wars in Star Wars….Duke leads to ghost in a shell in Wonderland with Alice….Stanford leads to the Quantum Wars that go to Star Trek…and Le Moyne College leads to the fantastic wars (if chosen by a holy sign through the hospitals) which goes to the richest ones of all: the Land of Oz. When they often come back from dreams–they are trying to survive in the streets after college being modified in genetics into being normal–they meet heroes from other stories like Bobby Pendragon, Sioned, Eragon, Adevi, Pisces, and many others…and often they are not what they seem. The story itself often changes and nobody adjusts having the memory from the time before…reactions often generate good hearty laughter, and a good cry on the almost famous happy ending.
