American Girl will be holding open auditions next month to find teen girls to host AG Life.
American Girl is seeking to cast girls between the ages of 13-16 of all ethnicities to host the AG Life series which currently airs on Youtube. American Girl is casting teen girls who can really embody AG Life with their creativity and love for life.
American Girl is looking for outgoing young ladies that are passionate about their own special interests and hobbies such as dancing, singing, baking, crafting, etc. and are able to share their interests. According to AG, the company is especially looking for inspirational young ladies that can inspire our subscribers. You must be comfortable improvising, learning scripts and creating self recorded segments. Although experience is not required, knowledge of social media/youtube would be a plus.
American Girl is a line of Dolls and accessories including story books. The dolls portray 8 to 11 year old, tween girls of different ethnicities and also have a line of dolls that can be customized to look like the girl it is intended for. In 2004, American Girl teamed with Julia Robert to create the first American Girl movie called “Samantha: An American Girl Holiday.” Since then the company has released multiple direct to TV movies featuring different dolls. The dolls are sold through a chain of boutiques as well as online.

American Girl open call on August 24th to find the next host for AG Life!
AG Hosts film a few times a week, so you must reside in close proximity of New York City and have the full permission of your parent/guardian to make the time commitment.
The open call will take place Thursday August 24th 2017.
Registration is from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Please note that the first 300 registered on site the day of the open call will be guaranteed an audition. Our goal is to see as many girls as time allows! Please see below for the registration link as the open call is requiring prior online audition registration before the actual casting call takes place.
Callback auditions are tentatively scheduled for September 12, 2017.
You must be available for both audition and callback dates.
