Jaime a 20 years old man, runs his Family Taco Truck with his mother. One day he is accepted into his dream College, but that means leaving his widowed mother behind. Can he choose his dream college over his family?
The film is a humorous drama that captures the struggle of sacrifice.
Roles:
Teresa: A Mexican woman in her 40s. Since her husband’s passed away, she works very hard at her food truck. She is an overprotective, and stubborn mother. She has trouble expressing her feelings. Underneath the thick skin is a mother that loves Jaime, her son.
Jaime: He is a young Mexican-American man in his 20’s. He is humble, and a charming man. He loves school and he wants to achieve his goals; despite his mother backlash. He’s been working at the family food truck, since he was a kid.
