The Gothic Vampire Cruise on the Hudson, Oct 6th 2018 is an immersive, interactive theater/dance experience set in the Victorian age. For the duration of a 2hrs long cruise aboard of a 150ft sailing-boat, the audience gets entangled in an epic plot of good and evil. This year’s event concludes the trilogy around Margarethe von Orlok’s search for her father, who went missing after an expedition to Transylvania. The event features the dark, electro-band The Sedona Effect and a live DJ who set the scene musically, while the plot is driven forward by the actors who are not only interacting with each other but also with the audience. Experience with interactive theater is a plus

Male, 55-75, Caucasian, good improv skills
He is old aristocracy, smooth and elegant, a man of great seriousness, study and research and very eccentric. In his life he was obsessed with the studies of the occult and the dark arts pushing the boundaries of the world as we know it. Fascinated by the old legends around Vampires, he embarked on a journey to Transylvania in quest of eternal life. He didn’t anticipate though that once turned into a Vampire he is forced to obey his master, who now threatens his only child Margarethe. He relies on the audience for help to save her.
