Casting Large Dog for “Apocalypse.” NYU Student Film

After an environmental plague has wiped out most of humanity, a solitary woman wanders the countryside, waiting to die, when she suddenly hears the sound of crying in what seems like an abandoned house. In the house she discovers the remnants of a old couple’s life.

Casting a LARGE DOG, the family pet of the old couple. After the couple passed away during the apocalyptic plague, the dog survived on their remains. Despite this it is friendly and gentle.

The role includes slowly following a person and playing fetch. The scene will be shot outdoors at a park. Owner accompaniment is appreciated. Free food provided.

Shoot date morning of Saturday, 12/1.
No rehearsal, please let me know the dog’s level of training.
