For Under the Knife, a new Toronto Fringe Festival play focusing on the struggle of working-class Americans in the modern-age. Two Planx Productions is seeking seven participants to perform in a 2018 Fringe Festival Production.
The roles we are seeking to fill are:
-Man One: (Looks between 24-30, but can be younger or older)
-Man Two: (Age 20-30)
-Woman One: (Looks to be in late 20s early 30s, but can be younger or older)
-Woman Two: (Looks to be in late 40s early 50s but can be younger or older)
-Boy: (Looks to be a teenager, but may be older)
-Woman Three: (Looks to be in late 20s early 30s, but can be younger or older: Hispanic/Latina, or Black )
-Man Three: (Looks to be in late 50s early 60s, but can be younger or older)
All roles (except Woman Three) are open to actors of all races and ethnicities.
Email by Friday April 20th with your contact information, a headshot, and a brief bio.
Actors selected need not be union or professional, but must be 18 or older and available for regular rehearsals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings plus Saturday afternoon starting April 23 until mid-July.
Also, actors need to be available for a a tech rehearsal in late June.
Dates and Location of Auditions:
Saturday April 21st, 11-3 pm.
Sunday April 22nd, 11-3 pm.
