My name is Ryan Chan from Temasek Polytechnic, Diploma in Digital Film and Television. I am a Year 3 student currently doing pre-production works with my production team for our Final Year Project.
Our film is based in the early 1990s of a sheltered girl having to learn to accept her less fortunate classmate before he passes on from a life-threatening disease.
We are currently doing pre-production for our pitch video for our sponsors and would like to spread the word of our casting call, to perhaps give some of the young talents in your school the opportunity to shine.
Below are the main characters in our films.
1) Jace (7-9 years old)
-Male
-Malay/Tamil
-Can speak Chinese fluently/willing to learn the lines in Chinese.
2) Emily (7-9 years old)
-Female
-Chinese
-Can speak Chinese
The audition dates is set on 20th May 2019, and shoot dates is set on the 25, 26 and 29th of May.
I understand that the audition dates is very close from now, and some students may not be able to make it,
However, they could still be able to send in a audition video .
