Webster University is holding auditions for Sofia Camacho’s short film, “Empty Bottles”. This film deals with touchy subjects along the lines of death, alcoholism, and the different grieving stages. It is a meaningful film that wants to express emotion and cause the audience to dive in.

Main Actors

Kendra- (Female, early to mid-20’s) young girl who has to be comfortable with crying and showing heavy emotion. She goes from a goody-two-shoes to a person struggling in life with the death of a friend and her addiction to alcohol.
Grace- (Female, early to mid-20’s) young girl who has to have a preppy attitude and always ready for a party. She is sassy and determined to get what she wants.
Jonah- (Male, early to mid-20’s) young boy who has made a terrible mistake and just wants to get past his mistake. He doesn’t know how to handle tough situations but becomes a better person overtime due to his flaws.

Please bring along a head shot and a short bio of your acting experience/training, but this is not required. You will be given a short version of the script where you will be expected to recite and act out on camera in front of several people.

If you cannot make it to auditions, still call me to set up a time to meet! We will take anyone!

Scheduled shooting days are March 26th and March 27th. Make-up day is scheduled April 7th
