Casting Latinx Roles.

We are currently casting the final four roles for a world premiere of a modern-day, Latinx take on Dicken’s classic Christmas Carol, combining strong female leads, contemporary music, and movement.
All of the characters are written as Latinx:
Dolores Avara- 40’s-50’s – the lead role in this ensemble production, and the character most know as Scrooge
Caroler 2/Young Dolores/Sol la Chicana/Police officer 2- 20’s-30’s
Caroler 3/Gina/Maria/La Catrina- 20’s
Caroler 7/Abuelo Javier/Eddie/Police Officer 1- Late 40’s – 60’s
Rehearsals
Begin October 21, 2019
Rehearsal times: Monday – Friday 6:00-10:00 PM; Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM
Tech weekend: November 16-17
Performances
November 29 – December 22, 2019
Thursday – Saturday 7:30 PM; Sunday 2:00 PM
Possible additional student matinees Wednesdays at 10:00 AM
