The Traveling Lantern Theatre Company is seeking 1 actor-non-union, to join our Spring tour of Lion Witch and the Wardrobe and Greek Mythology. The tour will include dates in Oregon,Washington and Northern California from Feb. 24th into mid May. Rehearsals in Portland,OR. late Feb.
The bulk of the tour will be in the Bay area so we are looking for a resident near San Francisco. These are 2 person 45 minute interactive shows with a portable set. We perform at schools and libraries and the actors travel in their own vehicle. If you have a reliable vehicle please let us know. We are always interested in hiring couples or partners. All gas, parking,tolls,hotels are paid for.
Pay is $50.00 per show with multiple shows per day.We are looking for versatile actors able to do multiple characters and quick changes.
Responsible,reliable on time people required as these are elementary schools and libraries.If you are in school or have a job that is inflexible this job is not for you.Traveling Lantern is a national company with teams in several states and we have been in business for many years.
