Are you someone who is undergoing a huge life change and need to change your living space as a result? For example, you could be an empty-nester and have another empty-nester best friend you are preparing to move in with. Or, you could be roommates who are renting and want to try and buy/rehab a house together.
It could be a renovation in an existing space, or a new space. Whatever your scenario, it will require renovating both your structure and your lives in the process.
