Be a movie extra in New Jersey / New York Area.
Aaron Sorkin’s upcoming feature film “The Trial of The Chicago 7” will be filming in the New Jersey area shortly and the project is looking for folks that live in New Jersey and can pull of a 60’s look. The movie is also filming in the chicago area as well.
The film’s cast includes Eddie Redmayne, Sacha Baron Cohen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Frank Langella and Mark Rylance. Aaron Sorkin will be directing the project.
Set in the late 60’s, the story chronicles a very high profile trial of anti-war demonstrators. The Chicago Seven were seven defendants were arrested during a tumultuous time and their trials and situations made national headlines. The defendants included Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, David Dellinger, Tom Hayden, Rennie Davis, John Froines, and Lee Weiner. They were all charged with multiple crimes that included conspiracy, inciting a riot, and various other charges for their parts in anti-Vietnam War protests in Chicago.

Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking the following for feature film “The Trial of the Chicago 7” directed & written by Aaron Sorkin:
NON UNION Women & Men, 18-25 age range, to portray COLLEGE STUDENTS TYPES TO BE IN A COLLEGE CLASSROOM
Must have late 1960s appropriate hair/ look.
MEN: Hair should be full all around. Shaggy but not too long, not past the shoulders Preppy short hair is ok as well. No fades, shaved heads, crew cuts.
WOMEN: Right below shoulder-length hair or shorter. No highlights, odd colors or ombre. No edgy hairstyles. Natural colored hair only, no wigs or extensions.
Men must be comfortable being clean shaven.
Men & Women must be comfortable receiving a 1960s period haircut if necessary.
Shoot date being Thursday November 21st
Fitting dates: November 7, November 8, or November 12
Requires a wardrobe fitting beforehand.
Fittings are in New Jersey.
Transportation provided.FILMING WILL BE IN NEW JERSEY!!
