Seeking performers for Dark Horizon 2019!
The team behind the legendary Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor in Long Beach, CA is coming to Orlando, FL with a Brand New Haunt and we want you! Brilliant stage shows, sinister sideshows, creepy bars, and bone-chilling monsters lurk around every turn, delivering heart-stopping thrills at this epicenter of terror.
We’re looking for male and female performers of all body sizes and types. No experience is required! We encourage everyone to audition regardless of haunt experience. There is nothing you need to prepare prior to auditions, the only requirement is that you come ready to move with energy!
SHOW DATES:
• Week One: Thurs, 10/3- Sat, 10/5
• Week Two: Thurs, 10/10- Sat, 10/13
• Week Three: Thurs, 10/17- Sun, 10/19
• Week Four: Thurs, 10/24 – Sun, 10/27
• Week Five: Thurs, 10/31- Sat, 11/2
Performers who are cast will be given specific arrival times for each performance, as early as 4:30p; as late as 5:45p and will likely be released between 12:00a – 1:00a.
Ability to work many to most dates is preferred; however, people with limited availability are also encouraged to apply. We are flexible!
AVAILABLE ROLES:
In addition to needing our army of Maze and Streetmosphere Monsters and Supporting Cast, we will also be looking for unique and specialty stage acts, including – but not limited to the following:
• Contortionists & Aerialists
• Magicians & Straight Jacket Escapists
• Hula Hoopers & Jugglers
• Sword Swallowers & Human Blockheads
• Singers, Dancers & Musicians
• Unicycle Riders & Stilt Walkers
• Psychics & Tarot Card Readers
• Fire Performers & Plate Spinners
• Knife Throwers & Glass Eaters
• Strongmen & Human Statues
• Caricature Artists
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age to audition.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work within the United States.
• Additional Restrictions may apply dependent on role.

TO AUDITION & APPLY:
We encourage all experience levels to audition! Auditions will be held on July 11th, 12th, and 13th in Orlando, FL.
