Afrofuturistic short, “Silver Medal” seeks self-tapes for LUX (20 – 30) Carefree and genuine, LUX is a curveball in Mahna’s world. Lux is a colorblind musical artist and a bit of fresh air in this world as he’s an involuntary nonconformist; his demeanor is the embodiment of escapism.
Silver Medal is about a woman who is dissatisfied with her human options so she builds an artificial companion.
Our filming dates are next weekend March 23 and 24 in Brooklyn, and April 6 and 7.
