Title: Genesis
Logline: Genesis is set in the near future on a barren planet, and follows the sole inhabitants of a faraway planet: a rebellious son and a controlling mother, as they terraform their new home to make it sustainable for human life. As Adam struggles for independence from his mother, he inadvertently discovers an ugly truth about his past and learns that his surroundings are not what they seem.
Role:
Katara – Female, 30’s, any ethnicity, athletic build, weathered and overprotective. Makes weekly expeditions into dangerous atmosphere. Will do anything to shield her son from the truth.
