Extras Casting Call in New Orleans Louisiana.
Leverage is coming back to TV with some new cast members as well as some old ones. The TV series is getting a reboot and Leverage 2.0 will have a new lead.
The show is currently in production in the New Orleans area and there are casting calls out for area locals that would like to work as paid extras / background actors. Please see the casting notice below for all the details on the extra roles that are being cast.
The show will be released on IMDB TV which is partnered with Amazon and is a free streaming service.
According to a story in Deadline about the upcoming “Leverage” Reboot, the show is a re-imagining of the original Leverage yet will include new characters. One of the new characters will be five-time Emmy nominee Noah Wyle. The show is expected to include 13 episodes for its first season and Wyle is set to direct two of the 13 upcoming episodes. There are also old characters coming back which include actress Beth Riesgraf who will be reprising her character “Parker”, Gina Bellman plays “Sophie Devereaux” and Christian Kane will be playing “Eliot Spencer” – Aldis Hodge will also be returning to the show as “Alec Hardison.”

RATE: $100/10 hours + $25 for vehicle (if applicable) + $40 for COVID Test

Seeking males and females (18+, any portrayable ethnicity) to portray Lawyers going into a Courthouse. This is scene is modern day. You must have business attire!
Clients:
Seeking males and females (18+, any portrayable ethnicity) to portray Lawyers Clients going into a Courthouse for their hearing. If you have a vehicle you wouldn’t mind driving in the scene, we can book you with it. No Bright red or white vehicles. We are able to use a range of cars: from OK condition to great condition! This is scene is modern day.
COVID TEST DATES: Wednesday 10/21 or Thursday 10/22 – Testing in COVINGTON, LA. You will receive $40 for your Covington testing. You must test 3-4 days prior to fitting or filming!
As a condition of working on set, Background Actors (including children and parents) will be subject to the same testing requirements as cast & crew in advance of work dates.
Production will also require that anyone over the age of 8 wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth to be worn while on set and while at the testing facility.
