The character is a Brooklyn-born Italian American, a badass/wise guy/edgy type. He is clean-shaven and has a pronounced Brooklyn swagger/attitude and accent. He is a New York Assistant District Attorney who is pleasantly cocky, but self-assured.
Applicant Requirements:
1. Availability: Must be available weeknights for Zoom auditions, and if subsequently selected, scene readings/rehearsals.
2. Language Requirements: Must be able to roll “Rs” and property pronounce Italian words and phrases – Skill level 2 – Intermediate. (This means reciting a few lines in Italian, not speaking English with an Italian accent.)
3. Vocal requirements: Must be a semi-professional – professional level Baritone – Tenor (Skill level 1) and be able to effortlessly reach and sustain A above middle C (A4) with a strong vibrato. The ability to read music and some dancing experience preferred.
