The Disney+ show Sulpher Springs is now casting in the Nola Area.
Disney Channel streaming show “Sulpher Springs” is coming back for another season and is currently in production in the state of Louisiana.
Sulpher Springs is described as a live-action, time travel, mystery series which follows 12 year old Griffin Campbell and her family. Sulphur Springs stars Preston Oliver as in the Disney lead role of Griffin Campbell. In the show, Griffin and her family move to a new town where they take over an old, abandoned hotel and start the process of restoring that hotel so that they can turn it into a wonderful vacation spot for tourists.
About the show:
Shortly after moving into the hotel, Griffin learns that the hotel may in fact be haunted by a ghost. After Griffin begins school in his new town, he meets a new friend named Harper, played by Kyliegh Curran. Harper is obsessed with mysteries and the 2 friends embark on a journey to solve the mystery and uncover the truth behind the hotel and and the rumored haunting. Along the way, the pair will uncover a hidden portal that allows them to travel back in time to find the answers they seek.

Testing is in Metairie from 8 AM – 12 PM. In order to be eligible to work, you must test Monday, July 12th AND Wednesday, July 14th. In addition to the COVID test you must take 48 hours prior to your fitting.
Fitting: A fitting is required 1 day on Friday, July 9th. You will test 48 hours prior to your fitting.
1960’s: Mary is seeking: Men who can portray Caucasian (18+, any portrayble ethnicity) to portray 1960’s Upscale Hotel Guests. Men, you must be clean shaven and willing to get a hair cut, if needed! Due to vintage clothing restrictions, we can only book men size 36 waist and smaller. No modern haircuts, like fades, locs, modern hair colors or highlights, etc.
**As a condition of working on set, Background Actors (including children and parents) will be subject to the same testing requirements as cast & crew in advance of work dates.**
Production will also require that anyone over the age of 8 wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth to be worn while on set and while at the testing facility.
