Casting for A LITTLE BIT OF ICE CREAMA short film about a teenage girl already struggling with a toxic home life whose little brother disappears while in her care at an ice cream shop.
This is a Sothern Methodist University student film project being directed by junior film major Pavi Saravanan and shot in Dallas, TX.
Roles
Raiya16 to 20-year-old white female.
Raiya is stubborn, impulsive, and struggles with dealing with her parents’ toxic relationship and the news that they’re getting a divorce. Her little brother means the world to her and is her rock.
Max5 to 8-year-old white male. Max is playful, smart, and hyper. He loves spending time with his sister and his favorite thing to do with her is going to the ice cream shop.Dom40 to 50-year-old white male. Dom is stern, aggressive, and controlling.Ruby30 to 45-year-old white women. Ruby is persistent, mentally drained, and loving in her own way.
Bill50 to 60-year-old male, any ethnicity. Bill is sweet, caring, and owns the Ice Cream Shop.
