“Bzr 2” (pronounced: Bizarre 2) is a sequel horror short film with an estimated running time of 9 minutes. The bulk of the story depicts a single character in phone conversations, and builds its tension through a rising uneasiness. Here is the synopsis:
A woman, Kathy, who has a work-from-home job for a suicide prevention line takes a few weeks away from her job when she hears someone commit suicide over the phone. During her time away her replacement killed herself after getting a bizarre caller who claims he’s already committed suicide, and wants to blame her for his actions. When Kathy returns to her job she receives calls both from this bizarre caller as well as her replacement.
Seeking an actress to play the female lead, Kathy, a psych student working remotely for a suicide prevention line. She takes her work seriously, believing she’s genuinely helping people. She is battling both her own fears after returning to her job, and her boyfriend’s skepticism over her fitness for the position. This role does include scenes of nudity. This will be an evening shoot.
Due to Covid-19, measures will be put forth to make the environment as safe as possible. You will not be working with any other actors during this shoot. Crew will be extremely limited, to no more than 2 persons during the shoot. Crew will wear masks at all times, and the location will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive.
