Urgent Casting NY/NJ – TV Series Pilot Casting 200 Non-Union Extras

Casting extras for a concert and restaurant scene in a TV series pilot shooting in NYC on multiple days. The series is about a post grad musician struggling to find herself within the indie music scene of NYC. Must be fully vaccinated. Extras must also take a PCR Covid test prior to the shoot dates. A list of free testing sites will be provided. Must be able to self report camera ready to NYC. Only submit on the days you are available.
NOTE: Fully vaccinated set. Masks will be provided and worn when talent is off screen. Covid safety protocols in place and 7 Covid Compliant officers on set. Must bring vaccination card or Excelsior App required to show proof of vaccination.
Pay: $200/day (12hr day). Lunch and crafty provided on set.
Non-Union Only.
Shoot schedule:
October 4th from 10AM-10PM At Bowery Ballroom in NYC (concert scene)
October 7th from 5:30pm-5:30am in NYC at a Meatball Shop.
(restaurant scene)
October 8th from 4:30pm-4:30am at Bowery Ballroom in NYC
(concert scene)

Extra Roles:
– Concert Goers October 4th & 8th, Ages 21-40, M/F, All ethnicities. Hipster, Brooklyn vibe. Talent can work both days if available. Expect a full 12 hour day. Crafty is available throughout the day and you will get a walk away lunch. Must bring vaccination card or Excelsior App required to show proof of vaccination. Extras should come dressed in a casual “night out” look. Nothing overly formal, but an outfit that they themselves would naturally wear to go to a concert/bar with a relaxed atmosphere. The vibe is hipster and bohemian and the scene is set in autumn/fall. Examples of types of clothing we’re looking for are casual blazers/jackets, casual button-ups, flannels, casual dresses, sweaters, t-shirts, jeans, casual skirts, sneakers, boots—feel free to accessorize!
Again, they should think about what they would personally wear to an event like this and use that for inspiration.
THINGS TO AVOID: Bright green, purple, bright red, neon colors, metallic fabrics, brands/logos, “busy” or complicated patterns, and shoes that aren’t comfortable to wear/stand in for long periods of time. Make sure your contact information is included so we can contact you right away.

Young working professionals. No strict criteria, casual to mid-scale eatery. Business casual looks. Must come camera ready. Please provide dietary restrictions for this shoot day. Meals provided on set. Must be fully vaccinated and be able to provide proof. October 7th is an overnight from 5:30pm-4:30am. Crafty is available throughout the day and you will get a meal half-way through. Make sure your contact information is included when submitting so we can contact you ASAP. Extras should come dressed in an outfit that they would naturally wear to a casual dinner at a restaurant. Think “brunch”, but at nighttime. The scene is set in autumn/fall and earthy, natural tones that evoke the feeling of the season are encouraged.
