This is my adaptation of my favorite story ever written Little Women it will be classic so 19th century wardrobe and hair and makeup and props but the language will be somewhat modern.

Marmee- 40-50 the mother of the four girls. Very sweet and kind and generous.

Jo- 16-22 a feminist before her time. A writer must be a strong actress

Beth- 16-20 a musician the sweetest of the girls. Gets very Ill and passes away.

Young Amy- 14-17 an artist but very materialistic naive

Amy- 18-22 an artist has grown up has married Laurie even though he was in love with Jo

Meg- 20-27 the mama bird of the girls all she wants in life is a family

Laurie- 18-22 friend of the March family mainly Jo he falls in love with her and proposes and she says no. Years later jo finds out that Laurie is married to her sister Amy.

There are more characters plenty of background and extras I’m only casting these roles right now.
