My bad tattoo I got 2 years ago at 17…
My best friend’s boyfriend had a tattoo gun and I decided it would be a good idea to get one on the side of my ribs, it was supposed to be the symbol for travel but now it’s just an eye sore on my body. I have no confidence when I wear a bathing suits and feel embarrassed to have it even be seen.

I got a tattoo of a “tribal dragonfly” about 9 years ago and let me tell you it looked NOTHING LIKE A DRAGONFLY. I also got a tattoo of a “mermaid” let’s just say that I have a consistent trend going on. I am so embarrassed of them that I go out of my way to never let them be seen. Please help me!

My wife has an AWFUL tramp stamp that she got in her early 20’s and she wishes she never did it and the artist never returned her phone calls or emails.

Hello my name is Taylor and I would love for my husband to get this tattoo on his back covered. He is a transgender man and this tattoo gives him a lot of gender dysphoria when he takes his shirt off after having top surgery. He has been through a lot and got this tattoo after loosing a bet, the tattoo is absolutely horrible roxy heart symbol.

Honestly, I have two to pick from. The first one is the very first one I got, at 17. I thought it would look great, you know some kind of balance looking sun and moon. Instead what I got was some hokey cartoon looking thing. The moon looks like it’s more border then actual color and the sun looks like it’s farting out some lightning bolts. It’s horrible. The other one I have is a rosary that….it looks like an upside down pair of beaded breasts. If it weren’t for the ‘cross’ hanging off of it (and calling it a cross is….being polite) then there’s no way anyone would ever know what it was. The kicker with this one is….that’s not even my religion! Explaining the rosary tattoo to my fellow pagans is embarrassing to say the least.

Please help me! My whole right arm is a complete embarrassment and half of it’s supposed to be a memorial for my baby sister who passed in 2015. She was a nurse so I wanted something to remind me of her forever. Now all I’m reminded of is how embarrassed I am when people ask me what it’s supposed to be. Its supposed to be a stethoscope but most people think it’s a phone. Why do you have a phone on your arm? I never want to hear that again. I want something that would make my sister proud to be a part of. Not ashamed.
And now I need to add my mother who passed in 2016 but I wouldn’t know where to even begin with this mess. Please help me.

I have a few pieces that are in NEED of a re-do! The main one is rather large on my right side. It was meant to symbolize myself and my daughter, with a phrase from John Legend’s “All of Me” song, but you can’t make out the pic or the words. Please help me 🙁

I have a terrible tattoo on my right arm of a lion. I was 17 and at a friend’s house and there friend came over with a new tattoo gun we were all drinking and I woke up the next morning and my arm was killing me and I looked and almost died. I hid it for years but on my wedding day my mom saw it and was modified. That was 30 years ago and I would love to get it covered.

My wife and I both have a horrible tattoo! It was by the same artists and they just didn’t do well at all. It’s embarrassing honestly, and with me being in the military and having three kids it’s hard to find the “right time” for us to get them covered up. We saw the show and were immediately obsessed! We would love the chance to pick each other’s cover ups!

I would love to be considered for a tattoo redo. When I was 18 (I’m 35 now) my boyfriend at the time took me to his friend who was a tattoo artist and I voluntarily had him do a piece on me. The tattoo is very horrid, it’s a fairly large piece on my rib cage, black and white, of what was suppose to be a tree with just these twisted branches. I’ve had many people ask me what it is. Even some asking if it’s a dragon. I’m so self conscious of my body as is and this just makes it 100 times worse. Not only that but it’s a constant reminder of my ex, I’m happily re-married now and would love something I can be proud of. Something new and beautiful.

I would love to be considered for this position as I have a tattoo I feel is perfect to be covered up. I am a 19 year old student who has recently gotten out of an abusive relationship in late 2020 (mid pandemic). After I began to have an incredible deflate in my mental health and thought i’ld tattoo myself as the future did not matter. Therefore am left with a poorly simultaneously dotted traditional snake on my left forearm that i’ld love to be covered. As when I look at it, it reminds me of the past I have now grown to heal from. And am open to any ideas as to how to change that representation it displays. I hope this story reaches you the way it does for me, as it is a big part of my life. Thank you for this opportunity

I would love to see my daughter’s tattoo covered up. She has a 4 to 5 inch spoon pouring out water on the lower right side of her back. It is horribly faded (which would be very helpful in covering it) and it’s just ugly. She’s a widow, between paying bills and working 3 jobs, it’s hard for her to have the time and money to cover it up. I know she’s embarrassed of it and I think she would be so happy to see it covered up. As her mom, I think I could work with an artist to put together a great cover up.

I have a horrible music symbol guitar tattoo. It was the first tattoo I have ever gotten when I turned 18. The guy I got it done from was drinking and smoking while doing it. And it was at his house right down the street from where I was living. But I didn’t care because it was my first tattoo.

I got a rebellious tattoo when I was 18 because my dad didnt like them.
I got it in a shop in Albuquerque, NM that was open for only 2 months before closing. The “artist” said things like “oh not another foot Tattoo” & “im not really good at tribals” (he said that when it was halfway done!) I did NOT get what I wanted… Or even close. My mom would be my person to come with me. Shes been trying to get my foot on one of these shows for a while now.

I got a terrible tattoo 6 years ago… my roommate at the time was an aspiring tattoo artist and I had enough liquid courage to let him practice on me… now I have what is suppose to be a sailor Jerry’s girl riding a peacock… oh yeah, and it’s also already a cover up of a terrible illuminati triangle an ex did on me years before. I guess I should have second guessed him when he had to YouTube how to set up the tattoo gun. HELP

My husband has as tattoo that he got while, obviously, seriously intoxicated in Las Vegas! His one and only tattoo is his ex-wife’s first and middle name! The has come to get her 100% out of our lives and most importantly OFF OF MY MAN!

I got a bad neck guitar tattoo. It was my first “professional” tattoo and it was a big mistake. I would like to be considered for the cover up tat so I can be confident in showing my arm without always wearing a sweater.

Hello I would LOVE to be considered for this show. I have a tattoo on my back that I started when I was 22. It’s supposed to be a cheery blossom tree. The person that started my tattoo stopped in the middle of it and left for an emergency call and never came back. it took me years to find some one to try and fix it. He did a bad job on it. The tree looks horrible and for some reason he put ALL these red dots around the tree and flowers that look like I have some kind of allergic reaction. I tried to have a 3rd artist fix it but he just added some symbols. This tattoo is on my entire back please help me fix it. I would be SOOOOO GREATFUL!

I had a drunken lousy decision of getting a scroll tattoo. Then because people kept saying how small it was, I went and had a friend at his house put another tattoo of a dagger in an attempt to fix that. Then I thought because I was in the Navy I would make it look cooler by turning it into an anchor, but that was terrible. The whole thing is crooked, plus you can still see the dagger. Then to make it even worse, years later, in another drunk decision, I had my son’s name put under it. You can barely read it. Please help. Lol

Please help! I have a friend of mine that has this huge tattoo of the name of a fruit on her lower back. This was a nickname an ex gave her and just is tacky! Listen I love her but she even wants it gone! I’m praying and hoping we can have the opportunity to turn this old thing in something new that’s her.

    Thank you!!

I have a tattoo that was supposed to be a water color fox, the placement and stencil looked awesome when we were done it looked like a child’s drawing of a dog and I have hated it for years when I wear clothing that reveals my shoulder I get looks and pointing at and it’s very uncomfortable.

I would love to see my brother get his back tattoo fixed or covered up. We both got large, bad tattoos at young ages. Now in our 30s, I’ve covered mine up with a beautiful mermaid leg piece. He needs to have the dragons on his back look badass, like the human he is!
