Recording audio teaser material in both Italian and English for a new series inspired by a true story of Italian immigrants to the US. More details provided during the casting process.
REQUIREMENTS:
-ONLY seeking native Italian speakers with English language proficiency.
-Open to non-professional actors.
-For the safety of cast and crew, recording will be remote. Actors must have access to their own quality recording equipment. Production company will reimburse cast a small equipment rental fee.
VOICE OF YOUNG STELLA (female)
A confident, independent-minded 19-year-old Italian girl from Bologna. Speaks Italian and English with an Italian accent.
VOICE OF NONNA STELLA (female)
A kind, if combative, 75 year-old longtime resident of the US, originally from Bologna, who speaks with a strong Italian accent.
VOICE OF YOUNG TRANQUILLO (male)
A wiry, fast-talking and ambitious 17-year-old Italian boy from Rome, speaks Italian and English with an Italian accent.
VOICE OF EMILIO (male)
Stella’s debonair, charming and stately Italian father, 50, speaks Italian and speaks English with a strong accent.
