DESCRIPTION: A dejected young man returns to his childhood summer camp for work and discovers his traumatic past still looms over him.
SYNOPSIS: Rob, a young man down on his luck, begrudgingly takes a groundskeeper job at his old summer camp. As he goes about his work, a figure resembling an imprint of himself as a child looms over him, drawing him towards the woods. Throughout the journey, Rob is forced to reconcile with the traumas from his upbringing and loss of his parents.

Food and transportation is provided. A copy of the final film, in addition to any unused footage requested by the actor, will be delivered upon completion of the film.
CASTING CALL:
ROB – Lead. Actor must be able to play a young man around 20 y.o. jaded by his upbringing. Despite his melancholy and bleak demeanor, Rob tries his hardest to overcome his own internal struggle in an effort to create a better life.
YOUNG ROB – Lead. Actor must be able to play a boy around 10 y.o. Somewhat cherubic and naive. He exists in the world right before the inciting traumatic incident that has led Rob to the troubling life he lives today. The boy is happy, full of excitement and joy for the world around him.
TAMMY – Strictly a voice actor, must be able to play a woman around 40 y.o. This character plays the mother of Rob at two different points in her trajectory, earlier in life when she is put together and healthy, then later in life when she is spiraling due to addiction. She constantly maintains her love and protection over Rob despite her life cascading in front of her.
TOM – Strictly a voice actor, must be able to play a man around 40 y.o. Dad of Rob, can’t seem to get out of his own way. Inevitably, he falls apart at the seams. At one point, he was a flawed but great dad, he fell to the perils of addiction. Overwhelmed by his own struggles, he tears apart the family.
PASTOR – Strictly a voice actor must be able to play a man around 60 y.o. Looking for a comforting yet powerful voice to guide us through a service akin to a funeral, firm but warm. The Pastor is not attached to the specific narrative of the story, but instead comes up as an auditory flashback.
