This is a full-length play that features humorous characters/dialogue with “serious-side” themes. The character description for “JOHNNY” is :
A young pre-med student (any ethnicity) who becomes a regular at the coffee shop. He is a friend to Lyra and offers “interjectory” internet insights regularly, both trivial and profound.
The rest of the cast has been found! We’re still looking for our JOHNNY! If you are an actor that can play “college-age” and have the chops for the humour and quirkiness of the character, email Susan at 1grise@msn.com and we’ll set you up with an audition.
Please note: the theatre for performance will be in the Guelph area and it will be set for Fall 2021. Cast members must be able to rehearse in-person once restrictions have been lifted.
