On Hold is a short comedy film following a man while he is on hold with his broadband company and the events that happen while he is on the phone. We’ve all been there! Your phone starts to run out of battery, the doorbell rings and of course the customer service agent is no good whatsoever. That’s where you could come in…
Agent (Any Gender, 18+)
A customer service agent who is no good at all! You must be able to pull of a typical irritating voice, parodying a stereotypical customer service agent.
You will be required to send in a voice recording as an audition tape. All work required on the film will be pre-recorded by yourself, don’t worry if you don’t have a pro mic, usually the quality of these calls isn’t that great anyways! The time required for the role will be a maximum of two hours recording dialogue. This role is open to anyone over the age of 18 and is unpaid as it is a student film with a zero budget.
