HUGE opportunity to build your theatre resume.
Introducing the brand new play, Bobo. Bobo is a one-act tragicomedy focusing on one man, Stu, in a series of vignettes that represent memories as well as psychological hallucinations – Written by Samantha Tamburello, directed by Tiffany Aguilera.
This summer, at the Hudson Guild theatre (441 W 26th Street Manhattan) Bobo will premier at the annual Summerfest Theater Festival!
We are looking for actors (of all ages and identities), a lighting op, a sound op
This is an unpaid opportunity to gain experience on your resume – with the viable opportunity to win prize money/ awards and recognitions for your work on the show.
For auditions, we are aiming to hold them over Zoom. We can also hold table readings over Zoom. Ultimately we would like to hold some rehearsals in person, locally in Westchester – ideally on the Purchase campus. We will be following whatever safety measures are necessary at that time, in compliance with the CDC.
There is likelihood that at the time of the performances, the theatre will have limited to no access for audiences, in which case there is the possibility the show would be rescheduled for a later date, or the show would go on, over livestream – we would let you know of course if anything changes.
You MUST be available for the following tech and show dates at the Hudson Guild:
Tech: Wednesday, June 30th from 11:15am to 1:45pm

Wednesday June 30th @ 1:45pm
