An experimental theatrical piece.
It is a meditation upon death, a spiritual cocktail of ritualistic performance, through a series of Butoh inspired movements, channeled language and free jazz.
1980. Ashland, Oregon. An Indigenous resistance leader mourning the government sanctioned murder of his family, wanders north to meet a lover and sacrifice himself to a Mesoamerican Rain God.
