Forever
Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Type: Film
Looking for young actresses interested in taking on a role in a student production to be submitted to next year’s Montage Film Festival in Indiana. The short film is based on the premise of never losing your inner child and is about a young-adult female who is haunted by a little girl who consistently lures her to join in varying childlike activities while running a simple errand only to later realize that the little girl is the part of herself she had lost contact with years ago.
The role of the main protagonist has already been filled but I am in need of a young actress to play opposite the protagonist as the little girl that haunts her as well as another young actress to play the childhood best friend.
Neither roles are heavy in dialogue (the dialogue is rather simple too) as the short film itself focuses a lot more on the auditory aspect, so I am in need of someone who is able to deliver the emotional juxtaposition of the little girl– both her fun childlike innocence and the resent and sadness she has towards the protagonist.
If you are interested please send over a short audition tape you feel is reflective of this character. If you would like specific audition material or have any questions about the project, please feel free to contact me about it before submitting an audition tape.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration,
Hinako Barnes
