Casting actors for a short video (<10 minutes) that will be used for research purposes. The video consists of a job candidate interviewing for an assistant manager position over Zoom. We need to cast both the male interviewer and the male job candidate. Filming will happen in Madison, WI in May. You will be paid to memorize the script and film the video. We expect this to take around 5 hours.
Role 1: Job candidate
White or Black men 22-35 years-old
You will be playing the role of the job candidate applying for an assistant manager position. The interview will be short (<10 minutes). You will answer about six of the interviewer’s questions and you will ask the interviewer two questions.
Role 2: Interviewer
Men 22-40 years-old
In this role, you will be playing a job interviewer. The interview is fairly short (<10 minutes). You will ask the job candidate about six questions and answer two of their questions.
