Online webseries looking for Black actress to play “Mother”

For an online webseries based on the Harry Potter books, I am currently looking for a black actress between the age of 35 – 60 to play the role of a mother in one of the episodes.
The actress in question will shoot the footage remotely (in landscape mode) from their home and must therefore be in the possession their own camera with good quality.
One sequence in the script also includes the character of Bellatrix Lestrange impersonating the mother, so the actress must also be in possession of a costume similar to the one pictured below:
