Appearance: light or olive skin, preferably with dark hair, i.e., Persian, Egyptian, Spanish, Native American, Caucasian
Joanna bears a light that opposes the Darkness inside her childhood friend and lover, Kael. She and Kael grew up in foster care and always enjoyed each others’ company but could never get too close because of their hidden powers. Joanna is wiped from Kael’s memory, leaving a child born of both Dark and Light. Joanna is kind, gentle, and motherly. She appears in flashbacks and fleeting memories.
