‘Decibel’ is a short (9 minute) urban horror film shooting in the Chicago area.
Synopsis: MacKenzie witnesses a bizarre event, when a neighbor she’s never met barges into her apartment, only to commit suicide right in front of her! The neighbor claimed she heard a tune in her head, one that was driving her mad. And soon afterward MacKenzie begins to hear the tune everywhere she goes, and struggles to find the meaning of the song.
Casting for: MacKenzie – a confident person, but someone who can show fear (always necessary in horror). MacKenzie is starting to move to a better place in her life, until this horror shatters what she’s built. You have a few changes of casual clothes, and you have a full nude scene.
This will be a single day shoot. Compensation is $200 paid in cash at the end of the shoot. Shooting Saturday, December 10th.
