If you live in the Atlanta area, here is a chance to land a small role on the Disney+ movie “The Slumber Party.”
Disney is now in production of the movie currently titled “The Slumber Party.” The Disney Original Movie based on Jen Malone’s popular novel The Sleepover, and “The Slumber party” is currently what Disney and their production partners are using as the working title.
The project comes from Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s Imagine Entertainment company and the Disney movie is currently filming in the Atlanta area. The Disney movie is currently holding a casting call for Atlanta area locals that fit the descriptions of what they need on set in the coming days. The movie is looking for people who live in the Atlanta area and are available to work on set on the Disney film to fill a variety of paid movie extra / background roles. With Grazer and Howard named as executive producers on the film.
According to the movie’s description on Deadline, Slumber Party will star Darby Camp (Big Little Lies), Emmy Liu-Wang (Raven’s Home), Valentina Herrera (Black Widow), Dallas Liu (Pen15), Alex Cooper Cohen and Ramon Rodriguez. The latter of the actors are newcomers. The project is described as a coming-of-age comedy feature film that will be directed by Veronica Rodriguez with a script written by “Fuller House’s” Eydie Faye.
The description of the plot is as follows… “The Slumber Party is a hilarious ride that looks at female friendship and self-discovery through a sophisticated, cinematic lens,” said Lauren Kisilevsky, senior vice president of Original Movies, Disney Branded Television. “We aim to deliver humor, surprise and delight to our viewers with a movie that will be relatable to audiences of all ages.”

– This role will work in interior / exterior Wedding Reception scenes.
– There will be approximately 87 extras total working these scenes.
– Must be an experienced DJ with your own DJ equipment
RATE IF HIRED
Background performer services: $175/12 hrs
Equipment bump: $400 equipment bump for bringing your own equipment
COVID-19 testing bumps: Quarter check rate COVID-19 Testing Bump (for any testing outside of a work date)
Fitting bump: Quarter check rate for required wardrobe fitting.

– This will be a wedding between a Hispanic bride and groom. The wedding guests will be 50% Hispanic to portray the family and friends of the bride and groom.
