Apple’s new streaming series “The Big Door Prize” is now in production in Georgia.

The upcoming Apple streaming comedy has transformed a local town, Loganville, into a set and the series has been releasing many casting calls in the area for locals who would like to work as paid extras on set.  Atlanta area extras casting directors with Central are in charge of extras casting on the project.

The series is now filming in Loganville and according to Apple Insider, the Loganville events and marketing coordinator Kirsty Daniel said at the time filming in the area would take place from early February, and continue through to April.

Kirsty Daniel also stated  “Apple TV series named Zoltar and it revolves around a high school teacher in a small town.

There has been some confusion around the town and around the actual name of the Apple TV+ show. Users on Twitter, who live in the area have been posting many pictures of Loganville as it was getting transformed which included installing a giant deer and repainting buildings and store fronts.

Initially, the show may have been called “Deerfield,” which makes since as they installed a giant deer in the town. Latter reports also refer to the show as “Zoltar” and “The Big Door Prize.” Guess we may have to wait and see which of those names Apple TV+ decides to go with.
