Love in the Time of Covid

We are looking to cast not just the female lead for this project, but a collaborator, co-conspirator, and talent to work with the writer and director help create and bring this character to life. You need to be comfortable acting, singing, and dancing, film experience a definite plus but not necessary.
The character is a woman in her early 20’s, who is single, and hoping to find love. As the film opens, the pandemic hits, forcing her into lock down. We’re hoping to protray the grim realities of online dating, isolation, and mental health struggles, all through the unlikely format of a funny, clever, musical comedy. To give you an idea, the first song we’ve completed is called “Dick Pic” about the over abundance of men who feel it is appropriate to send unsolicited nude photos to women online.
