An open casting call is scheduled for this weekend in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
The production is holding auditions for kids between the ages of 10 and 13 that live in the local area and are able to attend the open auditions this upcoming Saturday in Kailua-Kona. The kids must attend in person in order to be considered for movie roles and the casting notice does state that there will be swimming involved in the roles, so the kids must be able to swim. Other than the swimming part, no other actual acting experience or any specific skill is required in order to be considered.

The casting call is in-person; and the team is looking for a lead, female, child actress who is 10-13 years of age.
It is an open call, so any ethnicity is welcome. There is no experience in acting necessary. But, the person must have strong swim skills.
The casting call is set to take place on Saturday, Dec. 17 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at King’s Kona Church located at 75-5626 Kuakini Highway in Kailua-Kona.
