Casting Call: Youth Mental Health Videos
Thank you so much for your interest in sharing your story with students and community members in Baltimore City and Baltimore County through NAMI Metro Baltimore’s youth mental health videos.
NAMI Metro Baltimore is developing a series of youth mental health videos geared towards ending the stigma around mental illness through story-telling and normalizing conversations about mental health and mental illness. The series will mimic the NAMI In Our Own Voice presentation, created by NAMI National and implemented by NAMI affiliates all over the country. Our hope is that this new program will resonate with young people in this critical time where 1 in 3 young adults experience anxiety or depression.
Please fill out the form below if you are interested in being interviewed and having your story filmed. Filming will take place in January 2024 – dates and locations are TBD. Participants invited to film their stories will receive a $300 honorarium as a thank you for their time and energy.
